Sri Dhulipala Jagannadham is born to Sri Dhulipala Venkata Rama Deekshitulu and Smt Dhulipala Lachchamma in village " Velicheru, Athreya Puram Mandal, East Godavari Dist" . He learnt Krishna Yajurveda at "Modekurru". After completion of Gurukula Vidya, shifted to Rajahmundry in 1950s. He has Two Sons and Three daughters.
